Farmer Training Program Manager

Position Description: This position is responsible for managing our Farmer Training Program and related initiatives with an emphasis on Wholesale Success, Direct Market Success and On Farm Food Safety. The Farmer Training Manager may supervise and manage staff, consultants and volunteers. This position will report to the Director of Market Development.

Position Status:

  • Full-time, permanent, salaried, benefits-eligible, exempt status
  • Nonprofit-competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skill level
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 40 hours a week, including occasional evenings and weekends

EVENTS & Partnership Manager

Position Description: The Events and Partnerships Manager is responsible for both the day-to-day project management and full-scale production of FamilyFarmed’s various program-driven and fundraising events, most notably the annual Good Food EXPO and the Good Food Financing & Innovation Conference. The Events and Partnerships Manager will report to the Director of Operations & Development, collaborate with internal staff and oversee consultants and volunteers.

Position Status:

  •  Full-time, permanent, salaried, benefits-eligible, exempt status
  •  Nonprofit-competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skill level
  •  Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends with an expanded workload during scheduled events
